Great value for money room, lovely experience!

Cozy and perfectly clean apartment to live in next to The Bridges, Salisbury Crags and The Meadows, Edinburgh city centre, and a store or an office. Bathroom with nice fluffy towels and a soap.

The rooms are clean and come with great value for the price. They even provide a kitchen and some charming touches. The host was really welcoming and made our stay even better! 🌟

The apartment was exceptionally clean and located short walk to The Meadows, Holyrood Park, The Bridges. Unbeatable, brilliant location to everything in city. Chilled out in The Auld Hoose, located near the venue. Had such great stay for 2 nights and received ironing for free, a nice bonus...

Really enjoyed pretty much everything, nothing to complain about. Had easy check-in too. The host ensured we had a fantastic experience for 2 nights. It was marvellous iN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY.

The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a DVD player for entertainment. the location was great, close to the city center and within walking distance of various attractions. One of the best aspects was the lovely welcome pack with goodies, which was a nice touch.

Parking facilities were not available, and I had to spend extra money on parking for my two-night stay. This was quite inconvenient and added an unnecessary expense.

The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and in a great location, plus the owner gave us a nice welcome.

From start to finish - an excellent experience for 2 nights. High standard and tidy room equipped with kitchen, coffee, for example. Particularly good and perfect setting close to Close to the centre, most attractions, and Edinburgh old town. Would stay here again, no doubt;))

The Ice Cream Suite was absolutely delightful! The decor was stunning and the cleanliness was exceptional. Having a small kitchen and a washer/dryer was so convenient for a long trip. The two bedrooms each with their own bathroom made it perfect for traveling with adult children or another couple. The location was great, with several festival venues nearby and a quick cab ride to the Tattoo festival or the castle. Plus, there were supermarkets, coffee places, and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was absolutely fantastic! It was so convenient to walk to all the main attractions in the city. Plus, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing enough space for my family. The little touches like board games and snacks were a nice touch and kept the kids entertained. we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the amenities provided.

I must admit that there were a few downsides to our stay. the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak and the temperature kept fluctuating, making it quite inconvenient.

This place is incredibly clean, the rooms are charming and comfortable, with a great location close to everything in the city.

The layout of this apartment was perfect for my small family. With two boys aged 12 and 14, the space was superb for us. Additionally, the location was excellent, with the Royal Mile just a 10-minute walk away and Holyrood Park only 5 minutes away. We were grateful for the fully equipped kitchen and the treats that were awaiting us upon arrival. Our hosts, Holly and Matthew, were attentive and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
